Case Study -Retailer Needing PCI Gap Analysis
A large retailer with an online presence and several hundred mall located stores needed to establish a comprehensive program to implement security policies, procedures and testing to comply with the the PCI Standards. In addittion, an audit was required by a PCI approved Qualified Security Assessor. NCS was engaged to conduct a pre-audit and preliminary security testing to give the firm a solid footing to proactively implement PCI required procedures in advance of the audit at an overall savings of 40-50% of customary initial audit costs.
